Q: does this make you sweat? It seems like sleeping on plastic :-|

The mat is under a cotton fitted sheet so, no, it doesn’t make me sweat, just the opposite. It makes me feel cooler at night which I love!

Q: Does this go under your sheets or on top?

Under the sheets love. I sleep on top but it depends on your sensitivity. I also purchased the grounding mat for my desk. Much more intense.

Q: Will this product work just as well if I cover it with my one cotton mattress sheet over it?

According to product description it will work with cotton &/or natural fiber fitted sheet covering it. Works better with bare skin touching it.

Q: Ack! Purchased 100% cotton sheet per instructions & after a month realized it hasn't been grounded. (mat itself is grounded) Why would that be???
