EDITED REVIEW:: okay so after I wrote my review, the company contacted me and told me they were sorry for my experience and sent me a brand new selfie stick free of charge and I got to keep the broken one. The customer service was very nice and they made sure I was happy. Which you can't find that many places. They even contacted me to make sure I'm liking the new one. I went hiking the other day. And it only messed up on me once. I took a pic, altered my footing and the selfie stick turned off. So I held the button down till I seen the blue light. Took another picture, changed position again and it turned off again. After I turned it back on. It stayed on like it was suppose to. I'd just call it a break in point. Now it works fine. Lasts long. Great for hiking and traveling. Pull it out your pocket. Take a pic. Put it back in your pocket and keep moving. Thank you to the people at Kungfure. I hope I can get another one soon.

At my age I'm not much on self picture taking. However, I use this to take shots in my garden of things high up, or low down. It took a bit for me to find a comfortable way to push the button, since my hand is not as steady as it once was. Now, I easily attach my iPhone to the cradle, tilt it to the angle and position I choose, and fire away. While I do not use it every day, it is helpful when I take pictures in my garden. Flowers do not appear in convenient spots to easily photograph!Technically, it pairs quickly to my phone. It also is super compact. The wrist strap means I don't put it in a pocket; nor do I leave it and forget it. I can walk through my garden with it extended or folded, the iPhone mounted. I find the device to be sturdy and well made. I believe it would take portrait photos with the iPhone, if ever I be inclined to selfies. Also, in crowds it probably would give great shots while held aloft. I'll have to try that sometime at parades or sports events.I give it four stars because of its limited use for me. The product is not improperly designed in any way. I simply do not use it so much. However, it can serve as a mono-pod, not a tripod. I avoid many blurred images since I began using this as a stabilizer.

This selfie stick is excellent for the price. It folds very compact, not much longer than my cell phone. The bluetooth pairs immediately - I've had no issues. Sturdy construction, it doesn't feel like it's going to fall apart or drop my phone.The only thing this selfie stick doesn't do is rotate both ways. When holding the selfie stick, you can alter the angle of your phone up and down, but not side to side. Otherwise, great product!

Listen, I was embarrassed to own a selfie stick but I bought it to take on vacation with my boyfriend so we could have some cute pix together without having to ask strangers to take our photos, and then suffering through terrible quality photos those strangers would take. I have NO regrets. This thing helped us get fantastic pictures!! And it doesn't even look like we took them ourselves. I would highly recommend, with one caveat: the power-on light on this thing—which you have to be able to see to tell if it's on, and again to see if it's correctly linked with your phone—is SO dim. You can only see it indoors. If you take this thing outside, you have to put the stick right against your eye to be able to see it. If it wasn't for this one thing, I'd say this stick is absolutely perfect. And even with the light issue, it's totally worth the $7.

Have ordered the stick for the iPhone and received very quickly and well packaged.The phone is clamped in the clean processed bracket and sits there really firmly in it. The shutter release is triggered by a jack cable located on the stick. Everything works perfectly and was also operated by a two-year problem. Clear recommendation. The cases fit well with an S7 Edge and an iPhone 8 Plus, the picture quality of the camera is still great. Clear recommendation for anyone who wants to play it safe! You do not have to take your phone out of the thick cell phone case to use it, the phone has a nice grip. It is also great that you can tilt the phone in the holder back and forth. The stick is quite light, yet a bit large, women should, take a slightly larger handbag in case of use on the trip.

This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. Easily syncs with my iPhone 7. My husband and I got this for our trip to Puerto Rico. Makes taking selfies and videos much easier. We wanted it so we could be sure that we could get better pics with the backgrounds. The last time we were in Puerto Rico we wished we had one. It’s hard to get selfies with the ocean and mountains in the background. But we were able to get great pics with this selfie stick. And you can’t beat $8!

Update: Company reached out and replaced product. Looking forward to using it on our other vacation in a few weeks. Old review:. Bought this for vacation, broke after first day. Not sure what happened to this product. I threw it away after I determined that it would only be good as portable self defense at this point. Missed lots of great group vacation pictures b/c of this. The power button is the exact size of your finger (or smaller if you have large hands) so it's impossible to tell if it's on or what to begin with. I have an iPhone, didn't have any issues connecting. Husband has Android and he couldn't get it to sync to his phone.

I ordered, received in a timely manner, packaging was great. Charged it up and was ready!! Took it to opening day for the Reds, another Reds game, (had crazy good seats right between dugout for the Reds)... took awesome pics of the players, close up...had several family events, fishing with friends, and then it was time to charge for the second time.... the charge cord failed.... read all directions, yep... doing it right.... i so now I am unable to charge ☹️☹️☹️ Very unhappy. No damage to cord. As a matter of fact, the cord never left my dining room hutch. Hooked it up, nothing...... 😞😞😞😞😞. And as my luck would have it... I have no other cords that work with it....
