The media could not be loaded. I feed squirrels and birds in my used. The squirrels were getting into my potted plants and tearing them up. I didn't want to hurt them or send them away permanently just keep them out of the potted plants.I found this little treasure. It is great. Throw in a coupl batteries, record what ever you want and presto! Plant security. I of course dressed mine up as a viking. Im not sure if that increased its effectiveness, but, it was fun and looks pretty tough! .. Well to a squirrel anyways.I glued sticks on so i could put in my plants. I tested its sensitivity and i is surprisingly good. You could easily put a plastic bag over this for garden security. Not overly sensitive either, so that viking yell doesn't go off 50x before 7am. I mean we all love the immigrant song but maybe not like that. I Didn't want to annoy my neighbors. It has 2 levels loud and louder. But it isn't over kill for my use.All that with the fact you can customize the front with a sharpie or eyeliner pencil and get some crazy fun faces! Im digging it! Don't know what you might need it for but I think it's awesome. Sound is clear and it works!

Perfect for my 13 year old step daughter who for some god awful reason still can’t remember to flush pee or poop! It’s unbelievable really… but this helps!!!!!! The sound is great! It’s loud or quiet. Two settings. Very easy to figure out. I couldn’t tell you how to change the voice recording now but once I figured it out, it was easy initially. Very small/discrete. Works great. Battery life is also great. Motion detection is perfect.

First impression was this recorder is cheaply made, but it's easy to use and recording the sounds i needed took just a few minutes. Indoors the volume is reasonably loud but i wanted to use this outdoors with suitable waterproofing. The description states a 1 watt output, it would be nice to see this increased so that the volume is more discernible outdoors, also it would be great to have this made into a water resistant housing and to have an option of a 12 volt power input to remove the necessity of swapping out battery every so often. All in all a nice product but for my use (deer scaring using a recording of coyotes) it would benefit from the afore mentioned improvements even at an increase of a few extra $$

This item is cheap and it does exactly what I wanna do. I live in the mountains in a cabin and the bears come every once in a while they’re not afraid of anything, but my car along that scares a living daylights out of them so I recorded my loud car along and put it on this device and it sounds just like my car along. I haven’t tested it to see if it’ll work with the bears. I won’t turn it on all the time cause I don’t want to scare the deer away, but it looks like it’s gonna work. I highly recommend this at least for what I’m bought it for.

I liked it! I had seen a review about using it for office door decorating so this was just what I needed. Ordered it for next morning delivery and it came on time.Set up is easy. The instructions were very clear. I appreciated the video as well as the written instructions.It is very loud, even on low! That is good. When I recorded though, I made sure my content was at a low volume so that it would not be as loud during playback.There's very good range. It's a busy hallway and I didn't want it to pick up every movement so I just covered up the beam a little bit and it provided exactly the range I was hoping for. Thank you

We have had groundhogs around, and this one is apparently working keeping them away.This is not waterproof, but once I sealed up the holes all over it and placed it under an edge where water cannot reach it, it works.Battery life is about one month on low setting even after me setting it off several times a day.

The media could not be loaded. This motion activated voice recorder is AWESOME!!! way better then all the other horrible ones and super easy to program. I used the instruction video on the description and it worked. I mainly bought this because I’m tired of strangers keep knocking on my door. The voice recording I just used Google translate on my phone and had it repeat what I typed close to the device and it sounds loud and clear.

Sadly, my version of the product did not work. The 'A' and 'B' functions did not record video, and I could not hook it up to my computer to record video. There appears to be a LOT OF VARIATION with these devices. Mine would 'accept power' when plugged into the USB, but on the instructional video here it said these were just 'holes' and were not used. My device WOULD play pre-recorded sounds (music and a Fanta Commercial) when activated and the detection range was fine- but this is no good to me if I cannot input my own Audio. The volume button worked as described and it does get pretty loud. My device said "Waytronic" on the bottom- and the A and B buttons appear to be non-functional (press and hold does nothing, regardless of the switch settings).
