KiGO NEW Dutch design Lightest/ Smallest, 3G Waterproof wearable GPS watch for kids with integrated cellular 2G/3G and WiFi

The KiGO watch is even better then I expected! It is easy to use, has a nice design, and it gives me always the exact accurate location of my child! I am very happy with the product and I would recommend it to every parent!

My only complaint is that the wrist band comes off and or breaks very easily, I am taking the watch to a local jeweler to see if he can install a better more durable band, since we bought this watch for our son that has severe autism we need a band that wont break

Ich habe die Uhr für meine beiden Mädels (7/8) gekauft. Ich bin von dem Konzept echt begeistert und auch meine Kinder fanden dir Funktion zum senden von Icons echt toll. Doch nach nur 2-3 Tagen kam die Realität, die Uhr hält nicht mal einen ganzen Kinder Tag aus. Morgens geladen und gegen frühen Nachmittag ist sie schon leer. Die versprochen Standby Zeit ist hier fern von jeder Realität. Die Uhr wird so direkt wieder zurück gehen. Ich bin echt enttäuscht das der Hersteller so einen Mist dem Kunden zumutet. Also wird es doch wieder das Tchibo Handy für 15€ sein.

Wir haben bereits verschiedene GPS-Uhren für unsere Tochter ausprobiert, aber die meisten Uhren haben nicht richtig funktioniert. Unsere Tochter ist 7 und spielt viel draußen. Der mobile Empfang der Geräte war für unseren Geschmack einfach nicht ausreichend. KiGO ist die erste Uhr, die " richtig" funktioniert. Wir haben lange überlegt, weil KiGO deutlich teurer als andere ist und haben sie dann doch gekauft. Mit der Uhr darf unsere Tochter sogar kurz selbstständig weg ( z.B. Eiscafe um die Ecke).

Disappointing product, fails to make contact or track, poor battery life.

Si inizia subito male: doveva contenere anche le istruzioni in italiano ma all' apertura della scatola,con sommo dispiacere, noto che non c'erano.Impossibile anche collegarlo allo smartphone poiché la funzione di lettura del codice QR non andava. Una delusione sotto tutti i punti di vista. Restituito immediatamente.

I ordered this for my daughter, unfortunately I had to return it. We got it working on the first day and the product looks great, she absolutely loved it, however after setting it up with my phone and charging it for the required 6 hours, she went to bed with it working, and woke the following morning to find the battery was dead.There was nothing in the box that explained how long the battery is supposed to last for, so I don't know how long it should be or if mine was just faulty. There is a nice feature which lets you know when the watch is taken off, and can be setup to send you a warning/alert, but of course at this point the tracking becomes pretty useless, so you would need to be quick, as your priority is obviously your child and not the watch. Would be good to see some sort of combination of watch and tracker for kids pocket / shoe.We attempted to recharge the KiGo multiple times but the device never turned on again. We contacted the manufacturers who suggested clamping the magnetic charger to the watch with a clothes peg, this didn't work (and to be honest shouldn't need to be done on a launched product). The magnetic charger is a nice touch (a bit like older macbook magsafe chargers) but it is extremely delicate and not as strong as the apple equivalent.Returned and requested a refund... would consider giving it another chance and buying a future generation model of the device once some of the above issues are resolved...
