Arrived a day later than stated by Amazon but driver was courteous and helpful so no complaints there. Bed was worth waiting for, easy to assemble and well made. I would buy again.

This bedframe is really beautiful. I managed to put it together by myself and once I organised all the parts it then only took me 2 hours to put together.The instructions I found simple.The only negative I had was the main box came very fast but the bedrails in another box came 3 days later.It was worth the wait.

Very reasonably priced bed frame with pretty crystal details,slight faults in the metal work (didn't notice till half way through building)Instructions could be a little clearer but we got there in the end.The bed feels sturdy with no creaks to wake you up when you move.Overall happy with the purchase,the minor flaws weren't enough to make me want to send it back.

This bed isn’t anything like the picture … it was so hard to put up even after two attempts (putting up and taking down again) the two sides don’t fit the foot and head board … screws not fitting right and noicey …I wouldn’t buy this bed it’s a total disappointment

Bought this bed frame 12 months ago it is very sturdy and the crystal balls on the head and foot boards cast rainbows around the bedroom when the sun catch them. Recently I partially broke it down for workmen to work around however the slats came off. While refitting them the middle black grommets needed to come out but were breaking. I emailed the seller who were quick to respond and sent a new set of 12 without charge. Thank you for this really pleased and bed is now up.
