Good product, been using it for a few years.

I used these vitamins for about 90 days straight. I stopped for about 30 days because I went back to work at the office and I would have to go to the bathroom more because I drink a lot of water. In those 30 days I noticed that my workouts were not as intense as before, so I ordered another 60 day supply. I am 73 years young consider myself in great shape and want to maintain the muscle that I have. I think that vitamin supplements are essential. The GNC vitamins worked well in my 50's and 60's and now they are even more important.

(+): For price, you're not going to find a better multi-vitamin pack. Organizing into a packet makes taking these super easy whether you're at home or on the go. I also find that my energy is noticeably higher and I can always tell when I don't take it. Exceptional value when considering the vitamins you're taking. (-): The multi-vitamin(s) always seems a little oxidized when they come in these packs, not sure why. Also, they're a bit irritating to my stomach, where others are not. It's also best to split the intake of the 2 multi-vitamins, for maximum absorption, although not mentioned on the box. It's also not uncommon for a pack or two to open in the retail packaging, I notice this both on in-store and Amazon purchases. Overall, great vitamins and don't be concerned about your urine color. It's going to glow neon yellow-green!

My intention was to order a vitamin pack for an extra charge while at the gym. I actually ordered these by mistake and about 15 days in I realized my mistake. Even so, I still got the extra boost I was looking for. I daresay the boost was better than the vitamin pack I intended to get. Be sure to drink plenty of water with these.

Maybe it's a placebo affect, but I felt a difference in my energy level while taking this product. Most of the contained tablets and capsules are large, so they will need to be swallowed one at a time if you're prone to choking.
