Q: Complete seals. Are all of the necessary seals for the repair provided? Is drilling required?

The seal in the kit is a direct replacement for the OEM U cup ROD seal. There is another seal and oring which is on the piston however that doesnt cause the leak only low pressure so its to be left in place. There are 2 methods of dismantling drilling and simply removing the ring with a flat blade screwdriver but thats explained in the guide

They are shipped with the item. Specifically The R230 front lock cylinder consists of 17 pages of step by step instructions from removing the cylinder located above the headliner at the front to removing the oem failed rod seal and replacing it with our aftermarket oring seal Hope that helps

Q: do you have rod seals for other top cylinders other than the front lock cylinder?

At present, we only cater for the front latch cylinder... however we have just completed rebuilds for the Right & Left Trunk Frame Locking Cylinder but haven't had a chance to put the kit up as yet. We are also now working on the Right & Left Lock Pawl Cylinder but thats work in progress
