This works better than bleach and seems safer for plants and is definitely safer for your hands. I've used it for years to clean green and black mold/algae off of painted wood siding. First I wet about a five foot area with a garden hose. After you dilute the cleaner, you can spray it on, or use a bucket and sponge. Leave it for a couple of minutes (don't let it dry), scrub with a brush and hose off. Repeat with any areas you missed. Makes the house look like its just been painted and without a damaging power washer. There are still holes in the siding from people trying to power wash it. Never again.

I used this to pressure wash stairs and railings that were put on my deck around 5 years ago but never stained, as I was finally going to finish the job and stain it to match my new addition. It's hard to say how much of the success was the pressure washer and how much was the detergent, but the staircase got fairly cleaned up (see photo). There were however spots that just wouldn't clean well, even going over it twice with this soap and then pressure washing again. I'm sure it wasn't the washers fault as it did a superb job in most spots with the help of this cleaner (I do not know if it would have done just as well without this soap, but assuming not). My guess is that some areas just had too much weathering for this to "cut through" and it left some patches of gray and black, but mostly restored it to tan.

I cleaned 4 Sunbrella beigy/taupe deep-seat chair cushions (Each chair has a seat and a back cushion, a chaise lounge and 4 black lumbar pillows). Sprayed with the solution one at a time, scrubbed them with a brush, then rinsed. They're at least 5 years old, were pretty dirty and came out better than I’d hoped. I bought another bottle to use down the line because I'm pretty sure a second application will make things even better.

It says in the description of the item that is a concentrated solution,but I'd recommend using it without diluting it with water because as a cleaning agent is very weak when mixed with water.I like that it doesn't contain bleach.

We've been using this product for several years. It's safe for the environment, does not damage the shrubs, cleans effectively with little effort, easy to use and doesn't damage the surface being cleaned. It has become rather scarce and hard to find. And the price has steadily been increasing over just the past two years. Glad I found this product here, and it arrived without leaking!!!! That's a big plus, since we've ordered it elsewhere and have had huge problems with it arriving leaking all over the deliverer's truck and our front porch.

Fences were seriously dirty and green mildew covered. A quick spray and two minute gentle scrub, wash it off and fence is sparkling. Read a lot of reviews saying it goes fast when hooked up to hose, but I did not have that experience. We did 25 sections of 6’ vinyl fencing with one bottle. Will definitely use this again!

Ordered, waited over a month, and then the Amazon tracker said it was lost. UPS tracker said it was never shipped. Requested a refund and received said refund. Would love to purchase, really love this product.Cleans my porch better than other products on the market while saving my plants. Other products work but kill my plants. Worth the money if you can get it delivered. Use to purchase from Lowe's but no longer is sold there.

The product worked well and did not harm surrounding plants. However, I had some difficulty toggling between the on/water/off mechanism. As a result I ended up wasting some of the product and did not have enough for the very last of the project.
