A Taste of the Philippines.
My wife usually brings Ube Purple Yam Flavoring Extract back from the Philippines, so being able to find it here in the UK is a real bonus for us. The flavor is spot on—rich, sweet, and authentic, just like the ube we’re used to in traditional Filipino desserts.We use it mostly for making ube halaya, cakes, and ice cream, and it gives everything that perfect purple color and delicious taste. A little goes a long way too, so the bottle lasts quite a while.Really happy with the quality of this extract. Tastes Like Chemicals
Never tasted Ube as horrible as this one. I made a matcha with this Ube and instantly felt like there was something wrong. The flavour of this product is metallic and chemical-like. After trying to request a new product or a refund, we were told that this product is ineligible for return and no help can be given to us! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND.
