Heel-toe shifter fit great on my '21 Scout Bobber. Makes a world of difference in comfort with the floor boards. Really affordable and visually appealing piece. All parts were accounted for and new in packaging. No blemishes and pre-installed bushings make for a quality product. If you already have the floorboards, I would absolutely recommend these!

Fits perfectly Easy to install and also has adjustable to make you comfortable.

I like the product, instal was easy. Is there an option to get longer posts for shifter (small feet of the rider). They are 2" or so and would like 3.5-4 if possible. Willing to pay if needed.

So.. The first Heel Toe Shifter set I ordered was Missing parts. (Return initiated) Didn't have the Extension bar, Dowel Pin and bolt needed to install the Floorboards..(You can not install the floorboards without those items) Since I had already started the Install not realizing that fact plus the lack of instructions all together. I learned something about this product. You can Install it as I did in the first Pic with Pegs. You will have to adjust the Shifter linkage to your desired fit. I road it for roughly 50 miles this way. and... I actually really enjoyed how it felt even with Pegs alone. Once I received the Second Complete set (Heel Toe Shifter) I completed the Floorboard install. One thing I did as another Person mentioned.. The Heel Peg needs a Nut added to the inside of the Peg as shown in the Pic to Keep the threads from going beyond the Shifter arm and potentially into your ride. It brings the Peg out just a touch further and looks perfectly fine. I am a fan of how much more control I have riding Heel Toe Shifters... And it's important to know that you don't need to But a floorboard Kit if you don't really want the feel or look for your Scout. It Looks and feels great set up in either direction. Don't forget to use your Blue LocTite! I hope this helps to clear the air on this product. I would recommend this Shifter to anyone out there Rocking an Indian Scout. I had a Royal Enfield that had a heel-toe shifter, which is what I learned to ride with. After upgrading to the Scout, I was missing the heel-toe shifter & found myself missing gears while riding. Added floorboards to the Scout & that's what made me decide to upgrade the shifter... SOOOO glad I did! This shifter is really nice... has a flat paint job & beefy pegs. My only concern is the adjustment pin that hold the heel-arm in place... it's pretty small & could be longer & beefier to fill the cavity in the adjustment holes. Since I'll be banging on that heel shifter, the pin seems like it could shear off mid-ride.Other than that, I'm very pleased w/ the product.

Used to ride an old Harley with a heel/toe shifter so I thought I would try one on my 24 Indian Scout. I don't know if the different year Scouts primary covers are different but mine only allows me to put the adapter bar on straight up which doesn't really leave any room for my 9.5 shoe. Seems like a nice product, just not for me.

The shifter works great it was easy to install and the quality is pretty good and it easy to use.
