Yes it did, I use this lipbalm while on the boat. I do not have to worry about it melting and it doesn't dry out like the other the lipbalms due to the wind. I'm on the water every weekend fishing!!!!

I have had insanely chapped lips for forever, this thing cleared that up within a week with daily use.It’s unscented so it smells a little funny, but it does exactly what it’s supposed to, so I could care less!
