Had a leakage on my sky window and solved it !

Not suitable for UAE weather at all, I bought four cans and applied them outdoors; the rubber collected sand and dust and looked ugly. The UAE weather is too hard for this. also it get yellow over stone

It is supposed to be water proofing but where ever there is standing water the product will just dissolve, this does not work.

منتج غير مخدوم (علبة نحاسية صعبة الفتح) حيث انه سائل لزج ويصعب التعامل معه في الأماكن الأفقية، الأمر الذي يسبب فوضى في مكان التنفيذ. حيث لايمكن عصره او سكبه بطريقة سلسة وآمنة. يجب إستعمال فرشاة ولمرة واحدة فقط. تسبب لي بفوضى في الحمام، حيث يصعب معالجة ما ينسكب منه على الأسطح.

Works exactly like it says. Easy to pour and spread, perfect, plastic water proof seal. Poured mine under the kitchen sink cabinet where there was bare chipboard floor where the laminate floorboards stopped, to protect from water leaks. Got tested basically as soon as it dried and worked exactly as planned. Couldn’t be happier.
