Works fine. I should read the descriptions more thoroughly. It's smaller that I expected and is made out of plastic. Others I have bought were metal. This one does not get very hot so might be a choice if kids are involved

The lighting quality on this is great, and it can easily light up a whole room. Has lasted me about three years so far. It is very durable. It is very easy to install and very easy to prop up on walls and places were needed and to move when necessary. The color is very vibrant and a great option for black light.

This black light works perfectly! I used it to light up some glow-in-the-dark decor and UV-reactive posters, and the effect was amazing. The light is strong, covers a good area, and gives off that cool, trippy vibe I wanted. It’s also lightweight and easy to set up. Definitely worth it if you’re trying to create a fun, glowing atmosphere for your room, parties, or even Halloween setups.

I got this light to speed up curing of UV resins for my shop projects, so I don't have much to say about how well it might work for a glow in the dark party. It does light up my shop space just fine but that's just one room about 15' square. I like that it has a lightweight polycarbonate/plastic housing so it doesn't get hot particularly fast. I can hold it in my bare hands while I cure the UV resins, with this corded light it takes only about 30-60 seconds to get a nice full cure, noticeably quicker than my little AA battery operated UV flashlight. For the price this is a great option for home shop projects.

Looked great at first, after about 6 weeks they started getting noticeably dimmer and 1 burnt out completely by 10 weeks. Will replace with another product.

Works okay but not well. Got this for my son with a wall tapestry. The tapestry isn’t that big and the black light sitting right under it on the shelf doesn’t hit the whole tapestry. The only way to have it hit the whole thing is to hold it up in the air in the centre a couple feet away. So having it on opposite wall on a shelf doesn’t work because its too far away (even in a smaller room).

For my purpose, the 36Watt (equivalent) is slightly weak, it is a solid product though. The output is probably equivalent to 25 Watt.
