Simple product that works!
These plugs have been great. They are simple to setup and use. Always seem to stay connected. They are easy to power on and off both physically and also via the app, and via Alexa routines.I do wish their app had less advertisements.

Nice 1200 watt switching device
I use these all around my house with Alexa. I've had probably at least six of these in service for a couple of years now, now I have added to these. I have had no failures yet. For a small device, it has really good current handling capability. And although designed for resistive loads, I'm stretching its abilities by using it to power a very small space heater at about 70% of its resistive rating. And it never gets warm. I love the small footprint it has. Simple to set up with the "Gosund" online software.

Easy to use
This is an amazing product that will allow you to plug something in and turn it off and on over the Internet from wherever you’re at. The only problem that I’ve had is I accidentally banged one and it broke so don’t be rough with them, very easy to program and get online.

Mostly great
Good product.I love being able to control my lights, space heater, wax warmer, etc. from my phone and with SiriOnly thing is that if you lose power, you have to go around and reconnect all the outlets. Pain in the butt but worth it

Great for Christmas lights or any appliances around your house
These Wi-Fi sockets are great for wirelessly controlling all kinds of things in your house. I initially bought them for controlling my Christmas lights, but after Christmas was over I decided to try using them on other appliances in the house. Now I can turn on my 3D printer and my drill press just with my voice using these sockets! These use the Gosund app, which works fine. They can also be linked with Google Home after they're set up, which is nice. You can program them through the app to turn on and off in a variety of ways including a regular daily schedule, or certain days of the week, etc. When you sync them to your network you need to make sure your phone is on a 2.4 GHz WiFi connection, they only work on that type of Wi-Fi and they use your phone to make the connection with your router and so you have to disable the 5 GHz connection on your phone (just select the forget connection in your phone's Wi-Fi settings) temporarily while you are setting them up. After they are set up you can switch your phone back to 5 Ghz WiFi if you want. Also, a note on connecting them: I found that after you plug it into the wall, even though it essentially seems to turn on immediately when you plug it in, you still need to hold down the switch on the side for 5 seconds first for it to reset itself before it will allow itself to connect with the app. After you have finished holding down the button and it has turned itself back on then the app will allow it to sync. Simply plugging the socket into the wall and it turning on automatically is not enough to allow it to sync for some reason.

Defective plugs no longer work properly.
I have an Ubiquiti network with many Access Points. The system works really well and I've had no issues. I have about 70 devices on a network capable of over 1000 devices.Over the last few years I purchased a few of the Gosund smart outlets. They worked very well. They require a 2.4GHz network as they won't work at the 5GHz level. That's fine. I have other wireless smart devices that are 2.4 GHz only also and they are working fine.I purchased 2 - 4 packs of the smart plugs that are now labled GHome. I have had nothing but problems. To setup, you need to first download the latest version of the app for the device. Then create or conenct a wireless network that is only 2.4GHz, not shared with a 5GHz. Connect your phone to the 2.4GHz network and then add the device once it is pluged into an outlet.Even if I try to set the device up a few feet from an access point, they usually fail at being added. I can get them to connect after many tries, but they then go "off-line" without any changes. They have all been checked for the latest firmware and have been reset to factory over and over. I have contacted support a few times and get the standard "It's your network". When I let them know I have other devices including other Gosund devices, they say things like:"A home router can only support 16-20 devices, including mobile phones, tablets, laptops, etc."Wow, really, Thanks for the expert analysis :).I finally purchased 4 TP-link Kasa EP25's from Amazon. They all connected immediately and work perfectly on the network. I even went back and reset one GHome from each box and they both failed. There has to be some design or manufacturing defect in the new devices. Manufacturers keep reducing the quality of devices over time to make money. These are useless.Save yourself major issues and just go with the TP-Links. They are more money, but they actually work.By the way, I own an IT company that just had it's 30th anniversary. I've done this a few times, LOL.

Good value for smart plugs
Purchased for installing/programming indoor holiday lights. They were easy and fast to set up. I downloaded the app, paired them, and set a schedule. They then show up in my Google Home app, and I can turn them on and off on either Google Home or the company's app, but I had to initially program them in the company app, so that was an extra step, but after initial setup, it was a nonissue, just something to be aware of if you thought these would seamlessly show up in Google Home; they won't.
