I bought two of these; one for my son, and one for my daughter. I had to return both of them. The plastic part on one was broken, and the little white piece that has to be in place for the straw to work popped out when my daughter went to use it. I sent them back, and received replacements, and had to return another one because the silicone (?) was messed up to keep it from closing or spilling. I replaced that one again, trying to give this thermos the benefit of the doubt. After two uses for each of them, the plastic broke on the top of my son's; which makes it harder to open, and the white piece came out on my daughters, which means, again, it is unusable. I'm not sure if it is returnable this time. I'm done messing with it, and am going to find something different in the store.
