I LOVE THIS GADGET!!! I HATE peeling potatoes and apples. I won't eat either with the skin, but this gadget peels potatoes and apples in just a few seconds time. The only negative is that it doesn't get the very top or bottom - but I just cut those slivers off and proceed. This is a lightweight, easy to move, very effective tool. For me, it was a great buy and offered fantastic value for the money. It simplifies my life in a way that I can truly appreciate. I literally have eaten about 10 times as many apples since buying this because it can peel my apple in about 10 seconds.

BOUGHT THREE OF THESES AS GIFTS FOR CHRISTMAS, BECAUSE MY BEST FRIEND SAID THEY ARE GREAT. Her peel 5lb. of potatoes in 5 to 10 minutes. No one has given me any feedback. I have to say my grandson didn't know what it was, he is newly married. Make a great gift. Nice size doesn't take up too much counter space. Work good and faster than peel fruit or potatoes buy hand.

Honestly works great and fast. It just doesn't get the very top or the very bottom that's why there's four stars instead of five.

I love this. Getting arthritis in my hands and it’s hard for me to peel potatoes. My husband loves potatoes so I thought I’d give this a try. It’s fantastic. You do need to make sure you have good potatoes. I missed a bad spot on one potato and it caused the peeler to jump and miss part of the peeling. I’m thinking I will buy my daughter in law and my daughter one for Christmas
