What are the dimensions of this item

A three year old can fit in it and that's about it. I needed to read the dimensions before ordering.

What is the age recommendation?

I ordered this for my granddaughter, who is 3, and it is very small. It didn't even look comfortable for my 1 1/2 year old grandson. I returned it, and bought a larger one that they can grow into.

Do these tip easily i want to get a couple for my 2 and 3 yr old. Are these safe? I have hardwood floor so when they fall they get hurt.

My 3 year old grandaughter loves hers. As long as she doesn't launch herself off of it or use is as s trampoline it is great. She loves it

Is this chair good for a 1year old she’s 15 months old

Not really....it tips sideways very easily. I got it for my granddaughter who is now15 months old and I've put it away until she gets a little taller.
