I'm so happy with this purchase! Recently I had a problem with my car, I called a guy to diagnose the car and of course for a charge of 72 £ and less than 1 minute job he was happy to come over! So I decided to buy myself a professional tool, and I did the best decision ever!

Great bit of gear

received the thinkscan max tool. when checking it out i noticed the dongle is different to the one in the picture. It has on it thinkdiag mini3 not sure if it is right or not, when pushing the dongle into the obd reader it doesnt sit in flush it sticks out, when placing the reader into the case it doesnt fit properly it sticks up because the dongle sticks out also theres not a seperate place in the case to put the dongle. I tried the reader done sum tests and mostly all of them dont work. I am sending it back and getting a refund, Once i receive my refund i will re-order and hopefully get the right item. not happy

Only charges to 60% had it on charge for 12 hours and won't go to 100%

We brought this as a last ditch attempt to avoid a large garage bill. The system worked and cleared all faults. It was easy and simple to set up. The only thing I recommend is to clear the large amount of Chinese car manufacturers saved on it already.

delivered and devise was slow and lags under input. after setup requires 93 files to be updated which takes about 30 mins and came with the wrong vci/obd2 scanner for a thinkdiag mini3 rather than the thinkscan max. therefore the scanner was unable to connect to the obd2 dongle. after trying on 3 different manufacturers vehicles of different ages that are accepted i saw a review of someone with the same problem therefore this is a scam. i would NOT recomend this and spend abit more money on an autel
