Adjustable Oil Filter Wrench

Works as intended. Does not mar surfaces vs using channel locks or wrenches.

I use the small one in the kitchen to open lids. Unlike the usual metals ones sold for kitchen use, this one doesn’t destroy the lid when opening it. I keep it in a kitchen drawer with other small tools and not with items like spatulas that touch food, since the rubber strap is not food grade. However, some reviews say the rubber comes off and I have zero problem with this when using it dry or slightly damp with water. I suspect that if you get a solvent on the rubber, which motor oil basically is, then the black rubber degrades. Another way black rubber degrades is by leaving it in the sun. I do neither of these things in my kitchen. Love this strap wrench in my kitchen!

I needed a tool to undo a stubborn faucet handle. Unfortunately this tool didn't work. I tried it on a shower head, and it worked perfectly. I didn't test the larger tool as I do not change my own oil. I recommend this product for basic plumbing such as shower head and the like where you don't want to scratch the chrome, it's ideal for that, but for me it didn't work unfortunately. I need a tool that has a fixed, strong grip that's also not going to scratch the chrome. The search continues...

It really does not make it easier to open jars, it finally gets it done but not without LOTS of effort. And pulling it against your chest so if you are opening a jar with wet products u will definitely get it on yourself VERRRY Disappointed

I have used these twice during the oil changes of my motorcycle and my truck, and both wrenches work really well! Until I saw, and ordered, these wrenches, I had struggled with oil filter cap wrenches, metal strap wrenches, and had finally found success with a large pair of channel lock straight jaw pliers to remove oil filters, though destroying the filters in the process. TuffMan Tools has definitely created a winner with these two filter wrenches. Loosening oil filters is actually a genuine possibility with these wrenches, and the rubber strap doesn't seem to be affected by grime and grease on the filter, it just grabs hold and gets the filter turning. I hope these wrenches last a long, long time and when it's time to replace them, I hope they're still in production.

I really like these things, always need to have a couple around, one in kitchen for jars that the lids wont open and one in garage for oil filters and other things like string trimmers that you cant get ahold of the center knob to refill with weed whipper string..

Great versatile rubber strap wrench for around the house use. It may not be the sturdiest but for general DIY use, it fits the purpose. Must have one of these in the house. Doesn’t scratch surfaces.

Provides good grip and torque to get the job done. 2 sizes: "big" and "bigger".

Well made tool. It serves the purpose. My only complaint is that the rubber has a strong chemical smell typical of Chinese made products. The smell fades and reduces with time but never goes completely away. In terms of function, it does the job very well. I use it to unscrew the lens holders of binoculars. I’ll certainly recommend it for others.

Turned up in expected time and was as described.
