Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G N986 AT&T Unlocked 128GB Mystic Black (Renewed)

Unfortunately, I had to replace my old phone and my cell phone provider (starts with a "V" and ends with "zon" wanted to charge my some outrageous price for a new phone that did not have the ability to use a SD card. The newer phone give you very little storage and force you to use the cloud for unlimited storage but with a monthly subscription. No thank you! I purchased this as the last phone the Samsung has made with the SD card built in.I absolutely would recommend this phone and this seller. They sent the phone to me in the time frame as described. The phone looks new and functions in a like new condition.

This is the second refurbished Note 20 I've bought through Amazon. There is no discernible defect in either one. The reason I bought a second one is because of damage I did to the first one, making the charger port unusable. I was about to go on vacation, and knew that wireless charging was going to be difficult if not impossible. The phone arrived quickly in time for my vacation. The battery lasts all day with over 50% still available most of the time at the end of the day unless it was a particularly busy one. I take reservations for my small motel, so I can have many hours of usage on some days.All the other features are like new. The camera is very high quality. I take lots of bird pix and they are beautiful. The tap-to-pay is good. The brightnes and clarity and size of the screen are state of the art. The stereo sound is decent for a phone. Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, hotspot and tethering, the Verizon connection-you name it, it's how it's supposed to be.I have bought Notes since the first model, and this one is as advanced as they get. There's memory to accommodate every app I've ever wanted too.I recommend the phone and the sourcing.

Battery life was terrible and apps would not properly function. Device was up to date with latest software and had over 100gb of available storage, so it wasn't an update or storage issue. Charged slowly and died quickly.Returned the item, and the seller recieved the item on July 17th. It is now July 21st and I still haven't recieved a refund.

The item is in excellent condition. No dents, scratches, or dead pixels. The screen is bright and crisp. Very good sound quality out of speakers/headset. Very good quality refurbished cellphone.

I love this phone. It was a refurbished one but came to me looking brand new. Also worked like a new phone everything response quickly. Everything on it works. The only problem I see the battery could be a little stronger. When it was refurbished they may not have put a strong of battery in it as it was when it was new. But it does charge with a quick charger so I haven't had problems with that. I've dropped it a lot of times without affecting it, so it seems to be made well. I put it in a protective case with a screen protector to keep it from getting scratched up. So it still looks like new. I like the touch protection because I don't tend to dial people by accident with this one. I went through the settings and set all the things that I thought I would like. You can use your fingerprints or your face or password or pin. However you feel comfortable unlocking your phone. It's been a great choice and I got it mainly because it still has the SIM card. The newer models no longer came with a SIM card and most of them didn't have a screen this large so I chose the older model for this purpose. They're still updating it even though they said it was past the update time. You can manually update it anyway when it passes that point. I feel like refurbished just the way to go myself because I get the same quality phone without paying as much.

I bought a refurbished Galaxy Note 20 ultra 128gb, I was nervous about the condition especially the battery, but it seems to be in perfect condition . The battey lasts all day playing Spotify. I bought a 512gb SD card and I am very happy with this setup

This item arrived very early, which normally is not an issue, but I had it sent to a hotel where I wasn't even checked I yet because the shipping time said it would arrive on a certain date that was after I was to arrive. It was a little bit of a hassle but arriving early is probably a good problem to have.The main problems are: the model I purchases was for AT&T but this was a Verizon carrier locked phone. The phone is in very good condition with a couple of scratches on the front glass, but nothing too noticeable and no cracks, but the sticker that they placed over the camera is not one that a Yonex should put over a camera aperture. It was extremely difficult to remove and left nasty residue which is still on there. I need goo-gone to get it off or similar.Overall: for the price it is worth buying, but the hassles (advertized as AT&T but was Verizon locked; bad sticker over camera and came way early)Thank you for the phone, honestly as long as it is not on a ban list for being stolen or other, it was a great buy
