Installing and setting it up is a breeze – thread the small rod in, rotate to your desired tension, then repeat with the other rod while removing the first one. Just a heads up, depending on the tension, doors might end up slamming shut. It's a simple solution with a bit of a power kick!

The media could not be loaded. Super easy install, maybe three minutes. Tried a few settings and settled on this one that, as you can see, closes the door perfectly. Note that this is not a light door at all.Screws were low quality. The screws didn’t strip or pull out, but could have if pilot holes were not drilled and care was not paid during the install.The sound of the spring is a touch bothersome to me. It could have been designed and greased better, but it is quieter than the butterfly spring we used previously. The sound after four days is the same as this day 1 recording, it didn’t get better or worse.In summary, four out of five, it works really good today, but may not last and certainly does not earn itself five stars.

Easy to install and adjust. Works pretty well. It's exactly what I was looking for.

Looks like it will work really well if it fits. Unfortunately, my door frame was too deep for the bar to reach the door. Had to send it back in favor of a pulley type.

Received product promptly. For an inexpensive product it certainly has lots of quality. Used this at my office in several high traffic areas.Opens and closes better than more expensive products.Easy to install and didn't need any adjustment after words. I would certainly recommend this product without any hesitation.

It's a great "automatic" door closer, but it could be done better. First, there's no way to defeat it easily! You don't always want the door to close automatically (and maybe hit the person behind you). I have a string on my door with a hook on the wall that I can hook on to hold the door. I did that with an older simple spring door closer.No, my main complaint is that the little self-adhesive metal pad the roller glides on does that have a good way to align the installation (e.g. a template). And it's hard to align that metal pad when it's not at eye level (so is suffers parallax).One last thing is that if the door frame is REALLY thick, it may be hard to get this to work correctly if you leave the shorter post on the lock so you don't have to look for it (maybe include a clip to hold it to the larger post).

It's not the best but it serves a purpose.

It’s too noisy when door opens and shut. I did put some lubricants and WD-40 but still doesn’t work.
