I absolutely love this steamer, I was searching for a steamer that was affordable but also very good quality. This is definitely the one I was looking for, I’ve now purchased another one for when I travel so I keep one at home for everyone else to use. It is very long lasting and removes creases, the speed is spectacular and it heats up really quickly. Easy to use, very straight forward.

I bought this hoping to make 'ironing' easier. It does to a degree but has some limitations. The water container only contains enough water for 4 or 5 garments but the garment steamer as a whole when filled with water is still quite heavy. So I can only use it for short periods (perhaps I'll build up more muscle over time lol).It has not meant getting rid of my ironing board as I found it works better if I hang the clothes on my upright (vertical rather than opened out horizontally) ironing board (to give a firm backing for garments being steamed).But even with all this, it is a lot less faff than getting the iron out and using an opened ironing board.The electricity cable could do with being longer as the shortish length limits where I can use it (obviously have to be within a meter and a half of a plug socket).It doesn't iron pleats/gathers very well (like an iron it creates more creases than it removes, without being able to direct the steam as you can with an iron) and can do the same on straIght garments.So I must admit, not totally sure whether I made a good buy with this.Having said all that, it is quite powerful and can cope with even heavy/thick fabrics.

I don’t like to get the iron out so this is great to go over those tricky linens. Works for me, easy to use. Would love a longer lead but use with an extension, heats up in seconds so no waiting. Tank is ok…maybe like a bit bigger, but still happy with is. Compact unit doesn’t take up much space. You do need to store uprightAs I can’t be bothered emptying the tank each time.

Would not buy one of these to replace, or instead of, an iron! Useful for emergencies when there's no iron, where it can be used on something hanging up and the unit does not have to be kept upright. The power lead could be longer. I don't like the steam switch on the inner side of the handle. The water runs out fairly quickly, but lasts longer than some other hand-held steamers I've used. It took me a very long time to steam the creases out of a cotton fitted sheet. It would leave water marks on silk because it does occasionally splatter. The instruction manual is pretty rubbish. Having said that, the supplier did an email follow-up after purchase with some clear helpful detailed instructions and information.

I bought this product as I ordered some new heavy curtains- several sets and they all arrived very creased. This product was even better than I hoped- the curtains look like a show flat. Easy to use, water does run out fairly quickly if doing a long task, but easy to fill and ready to go again in seconds. Offered good value for money and did a fab job would thoroughly recommend. It is a little heavy and quite big so don't think it would be great for travel unless several people going with multiple cases as would likely take up too much space- however would be a great product to have on your hols for convenience. One very happy customer
