Cute design, love it.

Really impressed by the quality of the XVX Black Phantom keycaps at this price point. They look and feel fantastic, and the included set is fairly comprehensive and should cover a wide variety of keyboard layouts. The Black Phantom version does a great job of providing a sleek, stealthy look while LEDs are off but really stand out when the light show's going on. That's not to say that they're perfect though; the keycaps I received have stems that run fairly tight on the Kailh BOX Red switches currently on my keyboard, so users who have boards that feature hotswappable switches should exercise caution when removing these keycaps. Longevity may also be a long-term concern at this price, but they appear to show no signs of wear through a period of a month.

The caps themselves are great, and do look sweet with the light coming out from the sides - the only problem is the LEDs in my pcb are at the bottom of the switch, and the legend on the keycaps is the top. This leads to a great looking, glowing keyboard of completely blacked out keys.I am learning to type really well without looking at the keyboard, as it is now my only option. 4 stars.

The keycaps are nice, and the majority work with my Razer Huntsman v2; however, the spacebar does not fit and there is no 1U keyboard menu key, which is really disappointing. All in all the kit is not bad, I really had hoped that all the keys included would work with my Razer Huntsman v2.I recommend purchasing at your own risk, if you have OCD and want all your keys to match. Though if that does not bother you, and you are ok with mixing keycaps, then this is a solid kit.Not sure what yet if I will return, due to two keycaps not being compatible. I guess it will depend if my OCD gets the better of me.

I got these to top my 60% keyboard which had north-facing LEDs. The keycaps themselves are very good-looking and don't have an especially "gamer-y" font on them, but since the shinethrough portion is smokey instead of clear or frosted, you may have some trouble reading the legend at all if your keyboard has dimmer or north-facing LEDs like mine. If you're comfortable touch-typing or have an extremely bright keyboard backlight, then you shouldn't have any issues. The included accent keys' color is such a bright red it's almost pink, but it looks great between the black keycaps. If in need of a decently affordable, decent-looking keycap set and want the smoked pudding look, then this is definitely for you.

I would like to start off by saying that I only have one problem with these keycaps. I am not too sure about them actually being PBT and not ABS. They feel and sound different than any other PBT caps I've ever used and seem a lot more like ABS to my untrained senses. But there's a lot to love about them, even if they are ABS.The way these look on a board is stunning, especially when it's off. You can barely see that they have any legend whatsoever. It's only when the lighting/RGB on your board is on that suddenly the legends and the edges of the caps come to life. These are a lot more subtle than pudding caps, and I recommend you take that into consideration. If your board doesn't have good RGB or you have switches that block most of it these may not work great for you.Also, if you're the kind of person who actually has to look at their legend to type these might not be for you. The legends are not very legible, especially at an angle. This isn't a problem for me as I am a touch-typer, but this could be an issue for some. I buy my keycaps for aesthetics and not functionality, so keep that in mind.They produce a rather higher pitched and more 'plasticky' sort of sound than other keycaps that I have used, especially with the box crystal jade switches I use on my Glorious GMMK 2. I like the sound, but these definitely don't have that low-pitched 'thocc' sound that a lot of keyboard enthusiasts go for.In summary, for $15 I think these are an absolute steal. I don't know what XVX's pudding caps are like, but these black phantom caps are an absolute delight to use. I love the way they look, the way they sound, and the way they feel against my fingers. I'm a little wary about how long it will take before they start to show keyshine, but at this price I'd probably just by a new set anyway once this happens.UPDATE:After only about a week these keycaps are already starting to show keyshine. This is extremely disappointing and I've never seen this happen so quickly on any set of keycaps I've purchased.

Would have returned but waited to long put them on they did bot feel as solid as OEM's off Redragon. I Ended up trying the Redragon Puddings and did not like those either. the start to get that shine and you just feel like the legend is going to rub off cap but I don't know didn't like them so didn't use long at all.

They look amazing on my apex pro tkl. Now I have waited to write this review and actually don't give reviews that often but, this product has last so good for so long I felt like I should write one. It's been almost a year since I have bought them, and as you can see in the pictures they look great (besides some dust and cat hair). I truly recommend these to any gamer who want their keyboard to look cool, conferable, and reliable.
