Decent HDMI Matrix Switcher
Extremely happy with this matrix switcher - I have several PCs and other media player sources being switched between multiple monitors, an HDMI -> audio breakout and capture devices and this switcher handles them all very well. My switcher sits right next to me in a rack, so I don't really need the remote control features as much as someone that might have the unit mounted in another room, but switching sources using the front panel also works as well as it should, and it's good knowing I could convert it into a remote setup if I need that capability in the future!

Great switcher.
Great switcher. Our previous switcher cost us over $4k. This one is arguably just as good (if not better) for a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend.

A solid HDMI matrix switch, but some quality control issues and questionable tech support
Let me start this review by stating that my background is in live broadcast television production. As such, I've used numerous video routers and matrix switches in my career, both at broadcast stations and in mobile production vehicles. In fact, my purpose in purchasing this unit was for installing in a small, super-portable, live production system I'm building. So, for this review, I will be evaluating it for this kind of use. Before I discuss the pros and cons of this product, I want to talk about the issue I immediately had with it. From the moment I first turned it on, it didn't seem to be working properly. The LCD screen on the unit only ever showed a row of rectangles on the first line, nothing else. Further trouble shooting revealed that the unit seemed to be operating as it should, I was able to use the buttons to route video signals successfully. Only the LCD screen wasn't working.I contacted tech support and explained the issue. While I did receive a quick response, the response seemed to just contain fairly generic troubleshooting measures and not address my specific issue. It was even suggested I reset the unit, by selecting the 'Reset' option in the menu; the menu that you can only see on the LCD screen. Now, I do have a little bit of experience with digital electronics myself. I've done several projects using this kind of LCD panel before, so I strongly suspected the issue may have been a poor connection on the LCD screen, perhaps a soldier joint that wasn't quite complete. Not wanting to wait for the return process, I decided to take a gamble, void the warranty, and open the thing up.My hypothesis as to the cause of my issue was confirmed immediately- There are several wires connecting to the LCD's PCB via a basic connector. One of the wires was clearly not pushed all the way into this connector, and several others were loose. Firmly seating all the wires into the connector, so proper contact was made, resulted in the LCD screen functioning as it should.Upon looking around inside, I discovered a couple other issues. One being that the shrink tubing around the power switch connectors hadn't actually been shrunk yet, and was too short to cover solder joints, leaving exposed wire, as you can see in one of the images I posted along with this review. Several of the smaller heatsinks also seemed to have been applied hastily, and were only partly covering the chips they were supposed to be attached to. I ended up reseating these heatsinks and applied new shrink tubing to the power switch wiring. These are all basic quality control issues. In my case, these issues actually resulted in the product not functioning properly when it arrived. I can't help but wonder how many other people may have the live of their unit shorted due to improperly applied heatsinks, or have the unit fail due to poor wiring. So, it is for these reasons that I only gave this product 3 stars. Having fixed these issues myself, here is my review of the the fully working unit-Pros:-The unit seems to have good build quality, made of solid, heavy metal, and buttons that are responsive and have a pleasant click.-It is easy to operate, functioning much like any other matrix video switcher.-No surprises, it functions as expected.-Built in memory, able to save and recall specific configurations.Cons:-The quality control issues I already discussed at length.-Limited functionality for naming inputs/outputs.-No allowance made for adding custom labels, which is almost a requirement for these kind of switches.-Heavy, and a lot of empty internal space. Since I'm using this in a mobile production system, I would have preferred it to be more compact, and less heavy.

Does what it is supposed to do
My church was in need of a large capacity matrix switcher for the obvious reasons that one would require the ability to show any source on any display. I was hesitant to take the leap to buy a device from an unknown brand, but I can say with confidence that I made the right choice at this point. There really aren't a lot of bells or whistles I would expect from such a device. However, I do expect that a device of this nature is reliable and dependable. So far my purchase has proved to be both of these things. I would purchase again.

Muy Fácil de usar, tiene como 3 segundos de delay pero funciona bien
Aunque se tarda como 3 segundos de retraso en hacer los cambios, funciona muy bien, tiene memoria de escena que es muy bueno!

An awesome piece of equipment!
Incredibly easy to set up and intuitive to use. Solved my issues perfectly. If you have multiple sources going to multiple screens and don’t want the hassle or expense of a RF modulation system this could be just the ticket for you. It was for me.

It Doesn't Work!
I bought this to replace an existing switch I had that was giving me trouble. I unboxed this thing, mounted it in the rack, plugged the HDMI cables into it, powered it up, and all I got was black screens on every TV that was hooked to it. I double checked power, triple checked my inputs but still no luck. I switched back out with the old one that was giving me trouble. At least it worked part of the time. This one doesn't work at all. Getting ready to send this back to the seller!
