Tony Chacheres Ssnng Creole

This is a great product which I have been using for years. It i great on chicken, fish and nice when sprinkled on burgers. If you are salt conscious, there is a low sodium version as well. Spicy but not overly hot. I have checked other sources, but this really good value as well.

I had the pleasure of first tasting this in New Orleans. My taste was was quite bland and then I tasted this, Boy was this such a fine compliment to the food in New Orleans! I used to take a pinch but you get immune/used to the flavour. The Great thing is you can have a pinch or a good dusting of the well mixed just bang on compliment to any food. As it says on the container Good with Any Food, which is true, fish, beef, pork, burgers etc. all taste so fine. Love it.

I discovered Tony Chacheres creole seasoning around 30 years ago when living in North Carolina. It is delicious and I am so happy I'm able to purchase it from amazon now that I'm living in Europe. It's really great on Salmon and I also use it when I make soups.
