Q: How will collar perform after swimming in ocean salt water?

Mine failed very soon, I suspect because there was no rubber cover for the USB charging port. It looks like there might have been a cover, but it was not on the collar. It seems maybe there are saying the light strip is waterproof, but the control/battery box isn't. Whats the use?

Q: How long does it take to charge?- Like for example when you say a couple of hours-Do you mean just 2 hours or do you mean 3-5 hours?

Same as the other response.....they come already charged. I also charged them for a couple of hours after the first use. They are still going and it has been almost a month. Seems to hold a charge for quite a while and when they are on they don't seem to use up the charge much at all. So far I have not had an issue with the on off switch but my dog doesn't wear tags all the time. Also the great part about the usb charge port is there is a cover that slides shut to protect it from moisture.

Q: How do I return an cuz it stopped working after like 3 months
