If your door frame has a door insulation looks like in the first picture and this insulation strip is damaged, then this product is perfect for a replacement. I didn't realize the negative impact of a partially damaged insulation strip that exposed the door gap at the bottom. Then, one cold day, I accidentally uncovered the negative impact of this gap by putting my fingers on it. Very strong air flow was felt at this gap, almost like a mini fan is blowing air on my fingers. Then I knew that the gap was a small money sucking hole. The replacement was extremely easy with the most challenging part being the removal of the damaged strip. After replacement, there is no visible gap between door and frame (see the picture with the door closed). No air movement through the door gap on cold day anymore. Great product that will reduce my energy cost continuously on every hot or cold day.

Always a gamble on Amazon, but this product exceeded expectations. Perfect fit and finish, easy to trim and install and the option of white was just the icing on the cake on a door refurb.

Life saver!! It was a Perfect fit for my door!! Dogs tore up the old stripping and flies kept getting through. Less than a 2 minute install and life is back to normal. Easily easy to install. Door closes just like new again

I just painted the doors and frames and wanted to replace worn weather stripping and these are OEM for my doors and just pull out by hand and push in the little slot on jamb. If your weather stripping has a groove , then these are great. No tools except a pair of scissors and a tape to measure the new length , make sure you don’t leave any gap, as that is where bugs will come in. Great price on these and perfect fit. Going to buy one more for the last door.

This is a good product that applies easily. It does work, but if the seal catches on clothing or objects accidentally brushing past, the adhesive may release. once it does, pushing it back seems to make weaker bond that just is more susceptible to more of these releases in the future.I have used products with a better adhesive.

Great product! New door came with seals that were cut too short and noticed after install. These replaced the factory seals and were better quality and look good!

This is exactly what we needed. We have a side door that leads to the outside which is never used and it wasn’t framed out well at all. There are gaps at the top and some at the bottom and on the sides. We used this in between the door and frame all the way around. It was easy to install and where it was a bit tighter, we just pushed it in with a screw driver. It’s foamy so once it’s in place it expands to fill the gaps. Made a huge difference in feeling heat and cold from that part of the house.

I have several "pre-hung" doors with kerf weatherstripping that was worn out. This replacement fit perfectly. It was easy to cut and install. I've purchased this item two times.
