Works great, fast temperature read

This works well and takes quick measurements of temps. Just as fast as any other instant read thermometer. The unit is bigger than I expected and the probe folds, but it sticks out below the unit after folding, so it's kind of inconvenient to store. Although it's big, there's a good reason for it and I can deal with the size, just because it's great over the grill and not getting burned my keeping your hand over the grill taking temps. You keep your hands away from the heat, since the probe is long. The temperature seems accurate compared to my other thermometers.
