I bought this tart cherry juice concentrate for the health benefits, especially the antioxidants and anti-inflammatory support. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it tastes – tart but smooth, and not overly sour like some others I’ve tried.I mix it with water or sparkling water and it's super refreshing. The best part? Updated review….I continue to love the product but now it seems like the bottle was improved.I used to waste a bit with the drips after pouring but it is now considerably less! Greatly appreciated!

I use this every night to help thwart foot cramps. I'm not sure if it helps because I also use light tonic water added to a 12 oz. glass of water along with stretching before bed. I drink it over the course of the entire night so I don't get a sugar rush. At the very least, it is a much better choice as it is organic and is delicious. I was using it throughout the day too, to brighten up my drinking water, but read about the calories and cut back significantly. It is literally the only juice I buy.

Concentrated. This has been a very pleasant TART Cherry Juice to drink. I pour my 2 tablespoons into a clear glass then add distilled water to bring it to 8 oz. This particular one is states 17g of sugar and that is on the lower spectrum since the average 1-cup serving is approximately 33 grams of sugar.I would buy this product again and as noted - it is something I drink in moderation (2 to 4 times a week NOT daily) due to its naturally occurring sugar content.

It loosened my stiffs joints only five days after I started drinking it! I've been drinking 20ml per day for over five years. I stopped drinking it once to see what would happen, and my stiffness returned in a few days. Back to tart cherry concentrate, and the siffness was gone.

This stuff is gangsta. Taste soooo good and will send you to the bathroom ASAP to flush all that waste outta you. It's concentrated so be careful. This stuff is sour cherry on steroids. It's tastes like what you want it to taste like. I only use a tablesspoon for half liter of water. It taste's nothing like something fake. You know it's real fruit juice and the sweetness is there along with the sour. It tastes so good. I was initially offput by the look of the bottle. It looks like something old prune juice people drink. I think they should change that. But its so good. And the natural sour cherry flushes your kidneys and liver so clean. That alkaline lemon kinda liquid you use when you wash your chicken with lemon and vinegar and then look at all the fat that drains off after your'e done cleaning your your meat. That's what this stuff feels like inside your body.
