Ordered 2 and both were stuck in some ms-dos programming function right out of the box and both had to be booted up, could not access Google Play store kept getting errors that some function had shut down, Very unhappy i now have to wait for a refund for over a week just to order other boxes, Any one reading this needs to go with the "X96 Mini" and don't waste your time and money on these "T95E" wanna be boxes.

Overall it works just fine. I did have to download a few apps that I had on a prior TV box. Wish there was a way to increase base memory above 8 gig.

You can't put this box on a flat surface otherwise it over heats and crashes and keep restarting until it cools a little bit then it starts and crashes again when hot. For this android box to work properly you have to keep it cool, the vents are underneath shaped in a X pattern.

Terrible item....I bought 6 of these boxes and 4 are stuck at the boot up screen and does not respond. Only 2 from the 6 purchased are working. I've tried to reset the boxes and they are still not responding.

Don’t buy! It kept crashing, and it’s very hard to use. Also, if you try to watch something, it is very fuzzy.

Came Fast My Daughter said she had to update kodi then everything was ok

you could watch multiple latest movies and tv shows if you know how to get it up. The only cons about this product are that it lags sometimes because there is not enough storage.For the price it is good.
