Premium Quality
I purchased the 10-foot cast net with 1/4" mesh for catching anchovies for baits. The lead sinkers are heavy enough to pull the net to the bottom fast. If you prefer using the net on piers as I do, please choose a larger-size net. When one casts the net from a 10' high pier, it tends to shrink in size. Please be aware that the 10-foot net is pretty heavy with the lead sinkers. One can get exhausted easily. But It is definitely a quality product.

Pretty good net for the money. Here is the facts.
This is a pretty good net for the money. Few bucks cheaper than a betts. I’ve had mine a year now and use it a lot. Almost every day. I got the 5 foot 1/4 mesh. The most important thing is to do what I did and shorten the rope by 5 feet. Much more manageable. This is a shallow water net. Like 5 foot or less. It’s too slow on the drop to go more. They just swim away on the splash. I’ve had to patch mine about 4 times but that is easy with mono. I treated mine with fabric softener and that made it nice to control. The horn is too big but works ok. Overall a good net for the money on smaller shad and stuff.

Not too impressed
Was hoping for a better result based on the other positive reviews. Net seemed great and well built but for some reason, it popped some drawstrings the first time I used it, and no I didn’t get it hung up on anything they just popped loose

It worked fine
I bought a small 5ft cast net and it works fine for me. Keep in mind, I had never thrown a cast net before, total amateur. I watched online videos to learn how to throw one. Chose the 50/50 method. I did catch quite a few my first try so I am very happy with my purchase. The price is pretty cheap so I'm sure this is not the best cast net you can get. But then again, I have nothing to compare it against since this is my first one. My only complaint is that it is difficult to get back in the storage tub it comes in. Will be better off getting a small bucket to keep it in.
