Q: will this connect to a hotel wifi?

Wyze Cam devices will not work with enterprise WiFi networks that have a landing page, sign in portal or require a browser to complete the connection such as hotel or public network. If your internet requires you to provide not only an SSID but also a username, account name and password, you will not be able to use Wyze Cam devices.

Q: How many days in a row with the card can she record? After how long do these images erase? Does this work automatically? Ty!

It depends on the size of the card but I get about a weeks worth. And it does copy over the images automatically

Q: What is needed for outdoor installation?

While Wyze will recommend adding their outdoor power adapter, that only seems necessary to me if the power adapter itself is also completely outside. I've had no problem putting the camera outside, plugging the power adapter inside and running the cord out to it. Just keep in mind to create a drip loop (Google it if you don't know what that is), to prevent water from seeping down the cord to the interior.
