My honest review is that so far it helps with sleep and I feel like it just started working on my hot flashes. It takes a while to work which is good as it actually makes this supplement better. Will update after few weeks

This was recommended to me by my midwife to help with postpartum support in the hormones department. I do struggle with ppd and I wish I would have known about this herb with all my babies. I started taking it per my midwives instructions and I could tell a noticeable difference in my mood pretty quickly. So could my husband. I did notice tho that while using it, my sweat started stinking 😬 i used to sweat and have no smell. As my hormones balance back out, this has been helpful in that area.

Took only a handful of these, read somewhere these supplements (Wild yam) cause twins. I got triplets 🥹. Good stuff 🤨

The product works as expected after two weeks taken daily with L-Citrulline, wild yam , L-Trytophan, sarsaparilla and saw palmetto. It’s up and ready to go. Like I was 20 again . I am now in my 60’s. Definitely buying again.

Only need to take one tablet a day for the same effect as other brands that require two.
