The ONLY (yes, ONLY) wipes that kill the deadly C-Diff.
These are the ONLY wipes that kill the deadly and resistant C-Diff bacteria and spores. There are lots of wipes on the market that say they kill this bacteria and that bacteria but if you want to make sure everything is dead, including the almost impossible to kill C-Diff bacteria, this is the one you have to buy. Many people, including doctors and nurses aren't aware that this is the only wipe on the market that kills C-Diff. People buy the supermarket or discount store wipes and think that they are buying something that will clean their house but they are wasting their money. Other wipes might be okay for general cleanup but when you want it sterile, this is the wipe that does the job. Beware when you buy wipes - you may just be spreading bacteria around instead of killing it. Remember, C-Diff is an epidemic in hospitals and nursing homes and can attack anyone. It may not kill you but you will be very sick and could have many relapses. You can pick it up visiting a friend or shaking hands with someone who has it or shook hands with someone who has it. It is deadly and antibiotic resistant (a "superbug") and only these wipes are safe to use in your home or on your possessions.

Sensitive People Use With Gloves
Everything about how this product kills germs has been said, so I'll focus on the look, feel and smell instead. It's a nice sized cylinder, and the wipes come through a plastic grabber at the top, which predictably dispenses more wipes than you bargained for. For that reason, I recommend having your gloves on before you pull your wipes. My house is generally scent free or sometimes I'll diffuse some essential oils. I use mostly natural soaps and detergents, too. Where I'm going with this is that I am not used to strong scents. If this is you, too, I'd run a fan or have a strategy to get out of the room you clean asap. Also, the bleach is harsh on your skin. All of this is predictable, and necessary if you want to get through the winter with a good chance of staying healthy. Even so, you might want to buy some cleaning gloves as you purchase these.

A savior for this germaphobe
I'm so happy to have found wipes that actually have bleach in them. I have a stomach bug phobia and have read that only bleach can "kill" the norovirus, so these are a savior for my OCD. They don't have any added fragrance but the bleach smell, which is my least favorite smell in the world (gag), but it's worth it. I always wear non-latex gloves when using these and let the bleach residue air dry on surfaces at least a minute before wiping dry. This is a large tub of wipes, but unfortunately the one I got had an expiration date only 6 months after my date of purchase. I've heard that bleach is only stable/effective for so long, so maybe that's normal, but for the price I paid and for how many there are that probably won't get used, I was bummed about that. And I think the bleach concentration is lower than the Clorox Cleanup surface spray, but oh well. Compared to other bleach wipes I considered buying on Amazon, these were the best deal price and size-wise. Now, if only they sold these in stores...!

these have become my best friend on cleaning day
I was never a fan of using bleach (the smell, the tearing up of your hands, etc.) but after suffering with two C. Diff infections and learning that bleach is the only thing that can successfully kill C. Diff spores, these have become my best friend on cleaning day. I found that using bleach (10:1 diluted) was still too harsh for my family and I. I now use these wipes from the toilet to the floors. Yes they smell like bleach but it's not as bad as spraying diluted bleach everywhere. I haven't had issues as some other users have had with these drying out or irritating my hands but I wash with soap and water as soon as I'm finished. And it does sometimes (depending on the surface) leave a milky residue, I just wipe it off with a moist paper towel after it has had time to disinfect. Small price to pay to stay healthy.Note: To effectively kill C. Diff, you must get the surface wet with these wipes and it must stay wet for at least five minutes.

Love these wipes
Love these wipes. They are strong smelling but you know for sure you have enough cleaning power for any kinds of germs. We just try and clean small areas at a time otherwise you will need to vent the room a bit like a bathroom fan or open a window. This helps people like my mom who is very sensitive to smells but for me its just fine. You must leave the surface wet 3 minutes to kill any c-diff spores and its easy to do that since the wipes are very wet. I highly recommend using gloves when using this product. The product is always sealed separately from any other products in box. But open immediately since the container itself doesn't seal completely and the boxes always get turned on its side. It may leak inside wrapper and leak inside the box as well. That is my only complaint and only reason for the 4 stars. Only bleach wipe on the market that I trust to use and works so great.

Germicidal Wipes do the job
I learned that my regular anti-bacterial wipes were basically useless and found these while researching better products. I could not find them in any local store, but I was pleased to find them on amazon. The first shipment leaked. The lids are not sealed tightly enough for shipping. That's a design flaw that Clorox really should look into fixing. However, in the second shipment, the canister was sealed inside a heavy duty plastic bag, which was much appreciated!I use them to wipe down garbage cans, kitchen counters, toilets, doorknobs, light switches, etc. I assume the small size of each wipe keeps me from cross-contaminating surfaces. I usually always use latex gloves when handling the wipes to avoid getting the bleach on my hands. The smell is not so strong as to send someone running, but strong enough to know that it's bleach and it's killing germs. There has been no sickness in our household since I've been using these wipes. I really would recommend these to any germaphobe, like myself!
