Hello there, please put the egg cracker on the softed boiled egg, pull up its round handle and tap it, then the egg cracker works.

They should have come together. You should contact the seller and if you don’t get resolution then contact Amazon and explain to them that you didn’t receive the complete product.

It is actually a pull/drop. You put it on top of the egg as shown on the picture and pull and drop the knob on the top. I love my cups! Really great design !
