Biometric Employee Time Clock with Online Reporting Model CB4000

This works great, very easy to use. Instructions are very self explanatory. I was able to install devices in 2 different locations. (2 devices were purchased) Really like that I can see where an employee clocked in from. There is a subscription fee to use the service, but it's much cheaper & saves you a headache from having to count the hours. The online subscription lets you pick your Payroll Period Schedule, which makes payroll 100 times easier. We have 11 employees & they have access to see how many hours they have accumulated. The employees like how they can check what time they clocked out on the device. We only use the finger print & face scan, seems like the most reliable way to clock in and make sure its them. The Cloud biometric online system is very easy to use. Adding and removing employees is very easy. No complaints so far.

Great product that is working well for us. Just be aware you will get charged for subscription after 30 days. Its not very well displayed when you buy the product. I was fine paying for it,as for up to 30 users its only about $35 a month

We have multiple of these time clocks and they work perfect just as they should. Tech support is great if its ever needed. the below is all true we moved out of the stone age of time cards when we upgraded to this system. LOVE the no-touch palm reader; this clock is easy to set up and use. One set-up call to tech support and it was deployed without incident. We showed our employees how to use the palm feature correctly (spread fingers and back the hand away from the lens) and it works every time. The CB4000 not only eliminated all of the busy work with time cards in the office; it also provides honest and accurate time. No more buddy punching, no more bogging down HR with reviewing time sheets, no more wasted time on busy work. Update 03/15/24 We ordered another unit for the front of the house, and we were a little worried about how to add it to the service. however, all we needed to do was give the new device the wifi password and the cloud only needed the new unit's serial number. Super easy to add

I liked the installation process, and the small foot print, but the customer service help was horrible. Even after doing exactly what they recommended I was unable to use this system. The key code they gave me synced the first time, but them it would not allow me to access this product after that. I am pretty tech savvy but this product I truly cannot recommend. I bought this product for the low monthly charge as I only have 3 employees. In the end I cannot access the system so my recommendation is to NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!
