So even though this is a language translator and I bought a primarily to translate Portuguese they failed to tell you that as far as useful phrases are concerned there are none in Portuguese only in the limited languages they provide when I call the company up to ask will you be adding them or what's the story with that she said I'll just save them in English I said that's not the point I don't need a catchphrase is a useful phrases in English to translate to Portuguese I want to understand Portuguese useful phrases so I understand what they mean in English well I got was if you like to file a complaint you can send a complaint send a complaint by email The point was a $350 translator and get useful phrases exist on 75 $80 .. I don't liked that Britain English version, I'm upset about that, it doesn't has any available updates it's not good.

The volume is so low you can't hear it and there is no way to turn it up.

It did not do the work as I was told it would.

The reason that this product is probably not worth it (and perhaps why the company hasn't returned my phone call) is that there are several free-to-low-cost (~$20) apps for the iPhone (I haven't checked for the android) that do this same function available now. Check your app store.
