Definitely gives ENERGY And smells like ACV. Able to take 2 per day but tried 3 and it upset my stomach but will try 3 in the near future!

Energy but not for those with weak stomachs
I’ve been using it for a week.Pros: I feel less bloated and it does provide a boost of energy.Cons: while I don’t have a weak stomach, it has given me a lot of stomaches shortly after I take it as well as the day after.Overall I think it does have its benefits but I might discontinue it just because the abdominal pain is a lot of me.

Works great, also help with acid reflux...I had a few episodes with acid reflux, haven't had any problems over last six months since taking these supplements. Great buy.

Ok supplement, but think of the alternative and save
While it’s a good combination of nutritional support, you will will save a bundle by taking 1tbs of vinegar and a multi vitamin.
