Great tent. I love mountainsmith
Love this tent it's my all around to use tent. It's not the lightest but it's not the heaviest. It's not the biggest but it's not the smallest. Its is just right. It's a good looking tent and it's a great price for what you get. So versatile. I have made some personal adjustments to my tent to add better ventilation. There is lots of tension cord so I cut some off and used it to pull out the rain fly stake points further. This really helped with ventilation. I live in the desert so getting a good breeze is important. Now if you dont like tunnel tents then dont buy this tent. I also replaced the steel stakes with some sea to summit stakes. Cut down on the weight a little bit.

Nice tent, wish hadn't skimped on the bag
It is a nice tent that's easy to set up, and kept water out when it rained during first night of use, even with the top vents open. One motivation to get this was easier setup compared to our old tent that requires feeding the poles through sleeves instead of just clipping, which made for challenging setup without another adult or older child to help. However, I did not expect to have to think about ease of tear down and packing up. Unlike that old tent, which I never once struggled with to pack up, the bag for this is a joke, as it is not really any larger than the contents and only has a drawstring at one end, instead of part zip or shark mouth. Is like the bags that the Target brand Embark sleeping bags come in, but even less accommodating for the intended contents. If don't include the footprint when pack up may help, and at least the footprint is included instead of being an extra like with other companies. While I managed with much effort and a few attempts to get everything back in the bag following a trial run setup at home, the attached pic is a friend's effort to do so after first use.

but great as advertised
Only used it once, but great as advertised. Bigger than most 4-person tents. We were able to fit a pack n play crib in it on a family campout. Perfect for late spring to early fall.

Interior dimensions are 90L x 56W x 41H... NOT 92L x 56W x 48H.. BUYER BEWARE
I'm 6'4" and fell for poorly worded or misleading product info/dimensions put out by Mountainsmith and then parroted by Amazon. I am assuming the 92" length (the most critical dimension for me) is of the whole tent including rainfly b/c the interior is 90" long. But the big deal breaker for me is the peak height, listed at 48" is only 41" on the interior. Total tent height with fly on is only 43". So, I have no idea where they get 48" for the peak height. That's false advertising Mountainsmith! Correct your technical stats please!. It makes me wonder if the similarly dimensioned Morrison Evo, etc., is also inaccurate. Mountainsmith: give accurate product info. Please! This is very disappointing. The build quality of the tent otherwise looks good. I am not sure if I am going to send it back or not. I'm leaving on the trip, I needed it for in a few days. Ugh.

Junk
This thing is not worth it. Spend a little more and you’ll likely get a lot nicer tent. This thing nearly blew apart in 20 mph wind. (The photo shows the fly pressing down in just 2-3 mph winds the next day. Because of this it leaks water through the mesh wall directly onto you and through the one vent. When guyed out sand just sprayed directly into this tent. The door design is awful. The door and vestibule orientation, shape and size make it impossible to exit without disturbing your camping partner. This product had loose threads, and a seam seal started to break. All of this happened in only TWO USES! Also if you buy one directly from Mountainsmith they’ll make you pay to return it and when it’s lost in the mail they’ll expect you to eat it. Unreal. Absolute waste. Do not recommend this tent or products by this company.

nice, but definitely for warm weather
This is the first of this style of tent I have owned, and I was pleased by the quality of construction. All the seams were well done, with no fraying or loose threads or gaps.It was nice to discover how easy it is to use the shock-cord rod frame style of tent, although it took a bit to get used to how to set it up. The instructions were pretty sad, but I understand that is par for the course with this kind of tent - setting it up is supposed to be "obvious" to the point of not needing directions. (An attitude I find lazy and unprofessional.)That said, with the help of someone who had put these up before, it went up quickly, and came down just as easily, and we were even able to get it back in the stuff sack! The only real issue I found was that the rainfly fit kind of oddly. It seems it is offset from the tent itself to create a sort of entryway which looked a bit strange to me. However, since I was setting it up indoors without the ability to stake it down (weather issues), it may be that it behaves better when properly staked. The majority of the tent is bug netting, so there is no privacy nor much protection without the rainfly in place. This is fine in hot weather where you need good airflow, or where you want sun but not bugs. This tent would not work well in colder temperatures - it is definitely a Summer tent.Did not spray it with water to test rain resistance, but the rainfly did have a couple of well designed vents near the crown. Airflow in this tent should be outstanding, even with the rainfly in place. The materials seem on par with tents in this price range, at least in my limited experience.I'm not madly in love with it, but it does seem a solid value for what it can do. Just be aware of its limitations. I'd actually put it at 3.5 stars, but it falls just short of a 4 for me.
