The maximum dose, advised by our nutritionist, is 12g of Fibre Boost, as shown on the label. You can take up to 2 servings a day to give you 12g of fibre, which is 40% of your NHS daily fibre intake. I don't think it will reduce your hunger .. it will ensure you receive the right amount of fibre in your daily consumption routine. If you need to feel fuller for longer and have hunger suppressed. EAT MORE PROTEIN..... Chicken, Salmon, eggs beans lentils Greek yoghurt 0% fat chick peas etc Hope that helps
