These bowls were perfect when we were transitioning our puppies from milk to food. It made the learning process really easy for them with the design. They hold a good amount of food and do not tip over when they are eating. These bowls are very good quality and lasted through 8 Great Dane pups!

My little Lhasa had 10 puppies and this was perfect for feeding them all at once. It’s high quality, cleans very easily, and looks and feel very sanitary. The lip is just the right height for puppies to reach over (and climb into!) without stressing their necks. Great value for the money, and comes with two so you can always have a clean one ready to go.

I purchased this 2 bowl set for my stray cats and kittens. I live out in the country and we have problems with people moving and abandoning their pets and people coming from the city and dumping their animals instead or re-homing or taking to an animal shelter. I am the type of person I can not let an animal starve to death, it's just not humane. I had been using some of my bake ware dishes to put food in for them as there are several and at times there are many eating at once and then other times just a few as they come and go. Well this year a couple of the females decided to bring their new babies to me (Yes I know I am the crazy cat lady of my neighborhood), some of these kittens are ready to start eating dry food as well as still nursing. Like I said these bowls are a nice large size in diameter but they are also short enough in height that the little ones can still eat from. Now I get my bake ware back lol. If you have puppies or kitten that will soon be getting ready to eat dry food while still nursing these bowls are a must have and a great investment for your animal babies. Thank you so much. Very unintentionally, I ended up basically fostering in my home 11 kittens born to 3 semi-feral mommas, still young themselves. When the mommas foiled my plan to keep the babies inside a corral (plastic panels joined at the corners, also purchased from Amazon), where I was going to place 6 shallow, dual-bowls, got thinking about how efficient this kind of bowl is for puppies. So bought these bc of such a good price. I was horrified of course by the terrible stories. But even with some pushing around, these have worked great. The last kitten to give up full-time nursing just got in w/all 4 feet and just kind of shuffled her way around the circle until she had enough. The kittens on the correct side let her past but kept knoshing. Any left-over dried food scrapes right off with a spatula or paper towel, depending on how much there is. Soak for a few minutes in even cold but soapy water and they are sparkling clean very quickly. I've started taking the lazy way out after 8 weeks of joy and chaos... I pour hot water into the bowls then add powdered formula and swirl it around with the mashed kitten paté. Within a few minutes the temperature is perfect and both kittens and moms dive in. Depending on who eats first, I either add more kitten food or more adult food for the late-comers as I couldn't keep the mommas from wanting the kitten food. At 8.5 weeks old, even the smallest kitts are robust, sassy, and full of energy. I'm giving powdered formula to all adopters to use as I have, to be sure the kitts get enough calories as they just finished nursing. I'm down to a pair of greys spoken for and 3 others; when a couple of the early adopted didn't want to eat the first night, the new moms and dads added formula and thereafter, clean bowls. Worth every penny and then some.

We rescued a mama that came with six bonuses a month later. This 3-pack of bowls is perfect for them. The raised center prevents them from stepping into their food and spreading it everywhere and also works well as a water dish. I like that it came as 3 so I have two food bowls I can use interchangeably and they also have a constant water bowl. This seems to help prevent the mess they were making before these arrived. If I were to have more puppies, I’d buy these again. If you have more than 5 or 6 pups, you may need more than 1 set. Durable, well made. I’d suggest these to anyone planning to have puppies.

Even with measurements reviewed it turned out to be a good deal smaller than expected. That being said, it's the perfect shape for feeding multiple pets. Easily fits 6-8 Golden Retriever pups all around the edge without crowding. Obviously, this depends on the breed and how old/big the pups are. We use 3-4 during weaning assistance and never have trouble with all the Golden Retrievers getting their fair share. Pups are less likely to get their paws and bodies into the dish because of it's shape as well, so that saves on mess too. Washing is pretty simple if you clean up immediately and they're definitely durable and strong. Would recommend and actually in the process of buying a few more to have on hand for multiple litters. (Considering this as a better option for feeding chicks too because the clean up is so easy)

These are well-made and easy to clean! The best dishes for small to medium sized puppy breeds. It keeps them from standing in the whole dish and lessens fighting between the puppies over their food.

We have 5 westie puppies and these are amazing! I use one for water and one for food. The island in the middle helps keep the puppies from bathing in the mush. A huge help in transitioning them from mama's milk to mush was letting them eat and then letting her in to finish/clean it all up. I would definitely buy these again. They are so easy to clean and have never tipped over. Overall great product and fabulous price (especially for two)!

Perfect size and height for weaning the pups. Small enough to hold enough food for my litter of pups even if they wade through there food.

Just the right size for the pups and they all fit around the two bowls we ordered.
