Disliked the fact it doesn’t indicate when the mute is on but will cover pretty much every other scenario.

I bought this so that my kids and family would know when I’m on a call or when I’m in a meeting. No more interruptions and it allows me to get my work done! This is awesome. It does have some quirks but you can tweak them in the apps settings.

Regardless of what it says.It only currently detects if Zoom is running.If it's running in the background and *not* in a meeting, the status indicates that it's in a meeting.Teams seems better.Side not, I'm *not* using a Plantronics headset at the moment with it. I'm not sure if that would make a difference or not.I'm going to keep it hoping that the support improves, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

The product does not work with Skype standard and also not with multiple communication apps simultaneously. For Microsoft Teams you must be in a special mode (Teams only). For me only the manual mode worked on my Windows 10. The hardware is OK, the software part is weak.
