Product ordered 1st time turned out to be defective but customer care service is very good. They promptly inquired about defects and replaced defective item. Overall product is very good in terms of built quality.

This is a good hand mixer to use daily at home. It’s simple but it does the work well. Unfortunately my unit stopped to work very early, like after 15~20 days, but the Agaro team did care about it and replace for a new unit. Now it’s working fine again, let’s see how long it will last this time. Something that I realized is that this mixer makes some weird noise, like something is loose inside or brokened, but not… it’s like that even if your mixer is new. So, you can’t say this is a very professional mixer but for the price it’s just good and trustable for home use. Anyway Agaro team did a good work with my case and I appreciate that.

We had been using the Agaro blender for a few months, and during that time it worked very well without any issues. The performance, build quality, and ease of use were all satisfying. However, quite unexpectedly, the motor stopped functioning one day. This was disappointing since the product had been reliable until then. As soon as we noticed the problem, we contacted Agaro customer care. To our surprise, their response was extremely quick and efficient. They immediately took note of our complaint and arranged to check the product without any delay. The team handled the situation very professionally and kept us well informed throughout the process. After inspecting the blender, they confirmed the issue and promptly arranged a replacement. We were provided with a brand-new blender, which we deeply appreciate. The entire experience—from raising the complaint to receiving the replacement—was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, the customer support from Agaro was very supportive, responsive, and reliable. Even though we faced an issue with the product, the way it was handled shows their commitment to customer satisfaction. We are happy with the service and would definitely recommend Agaro for both its products and after-sales support.

I bought this blender because it was one of the best-rated hand blenders with a powerful motor, and I'm quite happy with the motor. The variable speed controls also work great. However, the stuff I blend every day with this blender includes some high-fiber foods that need a LOT of chopping! For that to happen, they need to pass by the blades over and over again until they're chopped into the super-small bits I'm after. So it's essential to keep a robust and steady flow past the blades for a couple minutes of blending. The first time I used this, I noticed that the flow past the blades had greatly diminished because the blade guard got clogged up on my high-fiber foods. So I used my fingers to pull the clogged matter out of the four holes in the blade guard, and tried again. Almost immediately, the blade guard was completely clogged again. If you look carefully at the blade assembly in the first picture, you'll see that it spins clockwise in order to bring the sharp edges against the food you're blending. In that same picture, and also in the second one, you'll see that the spinning blade will spin the food through the blade-guard holes, in a direction that will send the food right into the wedge-shaped edges of the holes. If your design goal for the blade guard was to make it instantly self-clogging, you could hardly do a better job than what they've done here. After manually unclogging this thing countless times in my attempts to adequately blend things despite this design flaw, I decided to make some modifications to the blade guard, as seen in the last two pictures. It wasn't easy cutting and filing the stainless steel with the hand tools I had available to me, but it was SO worth doing! After making these modifications, which cut away the four wedges and allowed much better circulation of the food past the spinning blades, I've been able to make my smoothies without having to stop and unclog the stupid blade guard over and over. If you’re wanting a powerful hand blender and any of your ingredients are high-fiber, like raw fenugreek, spinach or cilantro in chutneys, or whole oranges in a smoothie, then I’d recommend against buying this model, to avoid the hassle of unclogging it over and over. If all you want to make is banana smoothies or other things involving only soft foods, then maybe the clogging will never be a problem for you.

Great motor and working fine Especially service is best , the blender suddenly stopped working but the company gave me good response and replaced my product without going anywhere as it was in warranty

Powerfull belender.

After 10 months there is aproblem with product. Blander was making lots of noice during operation. After explaining to technician he understood the problem got it replaced blander attachment. Technician was very helpful and cooperative.
