Propel drink mix is great to carry along anywhere. I especially love the watermelon flavor, but all the flavors are good. It helps to stay hydrated.

Like these instead of dragging heavy bottles home and easier for storing. About same price. I mix a little pure cranberry juice with it. Getting both daily electrolytes and cranberry juice same time.
