I have been having a lot of trouble focusing and no energy. I have ADD but did not want to get on Adderrall for multiple reasons. My son did some research and had heard Joe Rogan mention this product on his show so I decided to give it a chance. Within a few days my husband noticed my energy level was up and I noticed I was focusing better. Been taking it for 6 months and don't intend to ever stop. So i take blood pressure medicine and this at age 68. I highly recommend it.
