Until it recently broke and I decided to re-order another one, I was thinking that this cart provided 5 good years of service. Turns out, I actually purchased this cart back in 2013! I primarily use this cart for grocery shopping, which is extremely helpful as I live in a high-rise building, and need to minimize the number of elevator trips I need to make when bringing groceries up from my car to my apartment. This is great for carrying around heavy items such as 2 Liter soda bottles, and various other heavy items.When I originally purchased this cart, it was replacing one of the smaller cube shaped carts, which limited my carrying capabilities. Once I realized how much more I could fit in this larger cart, it greatly helped to minimize the number of trips I had to make to the market, as well as the aformentioned trips on the elevator.Admittedly the cart has taken a beating over the years, with various bits of plastic cracking off, as well as the wheels becoming a bit wobbly over time. The handle retraction button also failed, but that's fine, since it occurred several years into using the cart, and you can raise and lower the handle by reaching into the spring loaded pins to get the handle to retract (not as convenient, but it's not hard to do). Also, the bottom support started to sag, as is to be expected as heavy items will cause this to happen.If many of those issues occurred early on, I would've given this cart a negative review, but they occurred over time, and I expected this to happen (not everything lasts forever).Ultimately if you take care of the cart, and handle it properly, it should last a long time (7 years!). Considering I paid around $30 back in 2013, I'd say I got my money's worth over and over. Even if the cart failed after 3 years, it's still quite a bargain for the immense amount of times i've relied on it for my shopping needs.

Update review of replacement item. I ordered a replacement instead of returning this. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! This thing is so cheaply made. I had the exact same broken side on the bottom and despite it I tried to use it and the floor fell through to the bottom. When I fixed it enough to use it (this is all at my car so I really could've just made multiple trips to my apartment for my stuff and it wouldn't have take as long) I had to rearrange the items Bc the floor was falling through to the bottom. Still I managed to make it work (by loading the items when tilting this cheap thing) and then when readythe wheels on this thing suck if you put any weight in the cart. I felt like I was dragging this thing versus it rolling. I understand their are weight requirements but I had water bottles and SALAD in this thing lol. This is such a waste of time and money. I highly recommend you don't buy this thing. I've added more pics. This is From using it ONCE. Sticker in the front with their logo was already halfway hanging off when I got it new.Cheaply made should prob be a littler cheaper. I'm not mad though Bc it serves its purpose. Thought it would be a little bit bigger but that's my fault because measurements are listed I believe. Package arrived with one of the box flaps open so that was irritating but the product was in another box within the Amazon box so when I open that on the side where the basket folds in it looks like they're supposed to be a rod between the little fasteners I'm not sure what to call them.. but on one side on the bottom the rod was missing so it was a bit open in that area. Wouldn't cause an issue as I plan to use this to carry bagged groceries but was just annoying Bc it's new and it's not like it was a $5 purchase. The sticker on the front was nicked and came off so easily... just made it feel cheap but honestly again I'm not mad about it Bc I know it'll serve its purposes. I asked to return (Bc of the one missing piece) and was offered a replacement so I took it. Feel like this should be under $20 though.

As a volunteer, I'm always lugging stuff around for events: brochures, snacks, office supplies, you name it. I was looking for a reliable, easy to manage solution, and this portable carrier is exactly what I needed! It's very easy to open and close, and even though it feels really resistant and well made, it's lightweight enough for me to manage by myself ( I am a petite woman)The best part is how it collapses flat and fits perfectly in the trunk of my car, ready to go. It holds a ton of stuff, which has been super helpful. If you're someone who needs a super convenient and tough carrier, I highly recommend this one!

The media could not be loaded. If you’re a teacher or in another profession where you have to carry a lot of things in and out with you, this is the perfect solution for you. As a teacher who travels from one school to another throughout the day, this little cart has really made things easier on me. The handle is easy to raise and lower and it’s tall enough that it’s comfortable for me to roll. The wheels glide smoothly, and there is plenty of room for my backpack, lunchbox, and then all of my instructional supplies that I take from room to room. It’s easy to pack and unpack throughout the day as my groups changed. And when I’m not using it, it’s easy to fold up and store out-of-the-way. I love it!
