Q: Sounded good at first but why do I want double sided tape,...light furnishings, black cats / can vacuum ...wouldn't it look nasty after a single day?

Q: Will it take color off a black leather couch?

Thanks for your question. Our double sided tape can apply on the new leather, but not recommended to use on the second hand leather, old or damaged leather or faux leather.
