Poor customer support
There is no point of contact to convey issues. I tried it after the return window was closed and given whatsapp number for complaints is not responding and there is no human contact point. All info is through IVRs only. My machine is not at all working, it is getting stuck and making noise when on/off button is pressed

Easy to use silai machine with a minimal space consumption
This is the best solution for small silai machine easy to use. I do recommend this. We had some issue with the machine but then Akiara’s team helped us with it.
