Good one for accessories, no heating issues till now i also used hdd to read and write it handled well you can go for it. Speed is decent definitely 3.0 feel. Ugreen is reputed for all the above. Go for it!

Defective functionality wise
Don’t buy!! There is a usb c input for power delivery to the other end but when u connect the other end to your device it doesn’t deliver power to your device. I ordered two of these and both don’t work which means it is a design and manufacturing issue.

Perfect accessory for adding devices to the Mac Mini. It works perfectly and is sleek and esthetically pleasing to the eye. The unit is compatible with my machine and the price point is a huge plus. It has several ports for my older USB devices which is what I was looking for.
