Our favorite salt
This salt is very good, less bite of high sodium and better for you. But buying it here (I paid over $7) is not cost effective. That's about twice the price of the grocery stores....except I can't seem to find it in stores lately.

Keto hydration & potassium
I use this in addition to Hi-Lyte for hydration especially with a keto diet. I wasn’t getting enough potassium but Hi-Lyte only has 150mg of potassium per serving where this has 350mg.Lite salt only has sodium and potassium where Hi-Lyte has magnesium, zinc, chloride, sodium, potassium and sulfate.I also add TRUE lime black cherry to the mix and it’s super good!

Great tasting low sodium salt
Great salt flavor, without the sodium. Works great with cooking also, and easy to use on the table or meal prep. Can't find in the grocery store any more, so was so happy to be able to have this delivered to my home - so overall great value.
